Della Lue Wilkerson July 28, 1956 – December 31, 2019 Della Lue (English) Wilkerson was born July 28, 1956 in Stigler, Oklahoma to Bud and Zell (Parker) English. She passed on December 31, 2018 at her home in Stigler, Oklahoma at the age of 62. She is survived by: Her Son: Ronnie Lee Franklin Wilkerson of Stigler, OK Born: July 28, 1956 Death: December 31, 2019 Two Daughters: Tina Barbee, and husband, John of Stigler, OK Sabrina Busse, and husband, Philip of Stigler, OK Three Grandsons: Bryce and Wyatt Wilkerson of Stigler, OK and Maverick Barbee of Stigler, OK Three Granddaughters: Emily and Sarah Busse of Stigler, OK and McKinly Barbee of Stigler, OK Favorite Nephew: Danny Dominguez of Oklahoma City, OK She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Wilkerson; her parents, Bud and Zell English; her sister, Leoda McClure; and sister-in-law, Kathryn English.

Della graduated in 1974 from Stigler High School. Afterwards she moved to Tulsa to live with her brother Doyle. While in Tulsa, she met and married Ronnie Wilkerson.

They were married 26 years before he passed away in 2001. Della was a stay-at-home mom until her children were out of grade school. After that she became a CNA working in home health care and at the nursing home until she was unable to work due to health issues.

Above all, she loved her grandchildren. She was very proud of them and always bragging to anyone that would listen. Della loved to sew and made numerous quilts for her family and friends.

She often donated her homemade quilts to nursing homes. She also enjoyed spending time with her brother Doyle – going out to eat and testing their luck at the casino. She never cooked much, but made peanut butter cookies and cupcakes for those she loved.

Graveside Service will be 2pm Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Garland Cemetery with Rev. Rick Stout officiating.
