Born in Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late David S. Van Dyke and Lula Mae Harlow Van Dyke.

She was also preceded in death by sisters Mary Melton and Lucy Crawford and brothers J.R. Van Dyke and Johnny Van Dyke. “Belle” was retired from the textile industry. She was a former Sunday School teacher and attended Bethlehem Baptist Church.

She enjoyed taking care of children, working crossword puzzles and loved her little dog “Lulu”. SURVIVORS: Husband of 54 years , WIllie G.
