Obituary for Delmar D. Hough Delmar D. ‘Sonny’ Hough, 82, formerly of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 16, 2018 at the Residence at Hilltop. A son of the late Delmar F. and Helen Curry Hough, he was born in Pittsburgh on December 24, 1935. Delmar was a member of the Christian Center Church in Rostraver Township where he volunteered for many years as a groundskeeper.

He retired after 43 years from the Hercules Chemical Plant in West Elizabeth and was a peacetime US Army Veteran. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Louanna Guthrie Hough, a son and daughter-in-law Michael and Beth Hough of Fayette City, a daughter and son-in-law Linda and Kenny Anderson of Titusville, PA, six grandchildren, Kenneth Russell Anderson III, and wife Chieko, of Clovis, NM, Clairissa Anderson Hare and husband Curtis, of Greensboro, NC, Breanna Anderson Sonney and husband Dylan, of McKean, PA, Nicholas M. Hough and wife Lindsey, of Belle Vernon, Victoria (Tori) Hough Vazquez and husband Frankie, of Fayette City and Timothy S. Hough of Charleroi and five great- grandchildren, Eva Hough, Addison Hough, Esther Hough, Elsie Vazquez and Louie Anderson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Hough.

Friends will be received ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬1 to 3 P.M. and 4 to 6 P.M. on Wednesday in the Christian Center Church, 130 Charity Lane, Rostraver Twp. Funeral services will start at 6 P.M. in the church. The Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., (724-929-5300), 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon is handling arrangements.
