She was born on September 24, 1935 in Aurora, New Mexico. She was a member of the Our Lady of Mt.

Carmel Catholic Ladies Society and a volunteer for the Bethel Storehouse in Moriarty. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and community. She is preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Filomena (Sena) Salazar; husband, Willie Encinias; granddaughter, Amanda Tenorio; brothers, Tomas and Mary Salazar and Petrolino Salazar; sister, Paublita and Rubio Trujillo and brother in laws, Casimiro Encinias and Luis Romero.

Deluvina is survived by her daughters, Virginia Encinias and Bill Myers of Moriarty, NM, Roberta and Michael Tafoya of Albuquerque, NM and DeeAnn and Robert Orio of Moriarty, NM; brothers, Armando and Angela Salazar and Jimmy and Patsy Salazar; sisters, Beniga Romero and Esquipulita Encinias; sister in law, Agnes Salazar; grandchildren, Jamie Tenorio and Scott Hilty, Veronica Tenorio, Willie and Holly Orio and Abigail Orio and great grandchildren, Elena Orio and Joseph Orio. Funeral Services will be held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Moriarty, New Mexico.

The Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. The Celebration of Mass will be on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. Pallbearers will be Rudy Salazar, Martin Encinias, Mike Madrid, Everette Salazar, Greg Salazar, Willie Orio, Jake Salazar and Michael Salazar. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jamie Tenorio, Veronica Tenorio, Abigail Orio, Holly Orio, Elena Orio, Joseph Orio, Bill Myers, Robert Orio, Michael Tafoya and Scott Hilty. Burial will be at the Our Lady of Mt.

Carmel Catholic Cemetery in Moriarty, New Mexico.
