Dessie Myrtle Neal Webb age 85, departed this life on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at her home. Born April 19, 1933 in McCreary County, Kentucky, to the late William Neal and Isabell Stephens Neal. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Elzie Webb, son, Stephen Paul Neal, sisters, Edna Keeton, Jewell Creekmore, Lora Privitt, Maudie Catherine Wright, Irene Trammell; brothers, Everett Neal, Edgar Neal and Edward Neal.

Special Caregivers, Brittney Bowling and Raylee Litton a special thank you to Quality Hospice and Amedisys Hospice for the special care given to our family. The family will receive friends for visitation from 3:00 P.M., until time of funeral service at 5:00 P.M., Friday, June 15, 2018 in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Oneida with Bro.
