Diane L. Huber, of Cedarburg, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday December 6, 2018, at the age of 76. Diane was born in Milwaukee on April 10, 1942 the daughter of Lester and Mary Ann (Nee Graef) Weiss. Diane was united in marriage to Vernon “Vern” Huber at Mother of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Milwaukee on September 12, 1964.

She is survived by her husband Vern, children Julie (William) Mrotek of Cedarburg and Kristin (Mark) Griffin of Irvine,… Read More » CA, grandchildren Jenna, Benjamin and Lauren Mrotek, and Quinn Griffin, brothers Robert Weiss of Milwaukee, Richard (Connie) Weiss of Fond du lac, and Gary Weiss of Sacramento, CA. Further survived by many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her dear daughter Jennie Huber, her parents, and her brother Michael (Denise) Weiss of Milwaukee.

Funeral Service 11:30 AM on Wednesday December 19, 2018 at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 1167 Washington Ave, Cedarburg, WI 53012. Private family interment at St. Francis Borgia Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of the Service.

Diane had a talent for crafting and decorating. She used her creative skills to elaborately decorate her house every Christmas to the delight of her family and friends. She also had a talent for gardening, and took special pride in her flower garden which bloomed so beautifully in the Spring, that neighbors and travelers passing by would stop to compliment it.
