Dolores A. Renfrew, 86, of Saxonburg, passed away on June 3, 2018 at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. Born February 20, 1932 in Saxonburg, PA, she was the daughter of Michael and Eva Schlahta Showak. Dolores was a 1950 graduate of Butler High School.

She worked as a Secretary for South Butler School District for 30 years, retiring in 1993. She was member of St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Saxonburg and a Charter Member of the Saxonburg Volunteer Fire Company Auxillary. Surviving are her husband, Roy Renfrew whom she married February 19, 1956, her daughter, Linda, her husband and son, 1 son, Roger (Cathy) Renfrew of Fryburg, PA, 2 sisters, Jean Slencak of Grove City and Irene (David) Orwig of Killeen, TX, several nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Fox Funeral Home, Inc. Saxonburg, PA. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2018, 10:00 am at the St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, Main St. Saxonburg with Rev. Roger G. Keller officiating.

Interment will follow in Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.
