Obituary for Don Michael Ratcliff Sr. Don Michael Ratcliff Sr., 72, a native of Morgan City and a resident of Bourg, passed away on October 23, 2018. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. Visitation will be held Monday, October 29, 2018, at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Samart Funeral Home of Houma, Bayou Blue, at 12:00 pm. Burial will take place in the Rogers Cemetery. He is survived by his daughters, Rebecca Oldenburg and husband Jeff, Gena Thornhill and husband David; sister, Suzanne Dover; brother, Ray Ratcliff, Jr.; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents – Ray M. Ratcliff Sr. and Marjorie LaCoste Ratcliff; son – Don M. Ratcliff, Jr.; grandson – Don Glen Thornhill. Online condolences can be given at www. samartfuneralhome.com.
