Donald B. Graves 96, of Wadsworth passed away May 5, 2018 of age related illness. Donald had resided in Wadsworth since 1969. His one devotion was to his family.

Donald was born on February 22, 1922 in Nitro, WV. He had the privilege of serving in the 5th Army Air Force in the Pacific Theater during WWII. Donald retired from Monsanto where he worked for 40 years.

Donald particularly enjoyed breakfast and will be missed at Alexandris, The Huddle House, and the Amish Door. He also enjoyed other meals at The Barn. The family would like to extend special thanks to his care givers Veronica and Luke Graves.

They did a wonderful and patient job caring for Donald as his health declined. Donald was preceded in death by his loving wife Doris. He is survived by his Daughter Fern Kulow and son David Graves (Veronica); grandchildren Daniel, Luke, Beth, and Frank; and great grandchildren Thomas and Corrine.

Interment will be at 2:00 on May 15, 2018 at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, OH. For information on the memorial service, which will be held prior to interment, call 518-860-9865. The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Donald’s name to The New Destiny Treatment Center in Clinton, OH.
