Lucille Ann Frevola died peacefully on June 26, 2018 at the age of 81. Lucille is survived by husband, Thomas; children, Sherry (Michael) Thomas of Texas, Theresa Frevola of Florida, Robert Frevola (Paula Harmon) of Ohio, Vicki (Eric) Petrouskas of Illinois, and Nicole Frevola; grandchildren, Jessica, Steven, Lindsey, Katlyn, Mallory, Jordan, Riley and Jianna; great-grandchildren, Cade and Mila; and brother, Frankie D’Amico. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Summa at Home Hospice!

We could not have made it through this journey without you. A mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 260 Broad St., Wadsworth, Ohio 44281 on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11:00 am. Following the burial there will be an open house for family and friends.
