Obituary for Donald L. Kegley Donald L. Kegley age 90, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018, in Everett, Washington. Visitation will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home in Everett on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Visitation will also be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Silha Funeral Home in Glendive, Montana from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 15, 2018 in the Dawson Memorial Cemetery where Don will be reunited with his beloved wife, Bev in Glendive with Reverend Emma Curtis officiating. Silha Funeral Home of Glendive has been entrusted with the local arrangements.
He was born to Joe and Stella Kegley on August 4, 1928, and grew up with nine brothers and sisters in Glendive, Montana. Don graduated from Dawson County High School where he met the love of his life, Beverly (Jans) Kegley. Don and Bev were married and started their family in Glendive before moving to Missoula where they lived until moving on to Everett.
Don and Bev were inseparable until her death on October 2, 2013. In April of 2014, Don moved to Ashley Pointe in Lake Stevens, Washington. Don was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers International Association for over 60 years, including as a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 66.
Don was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. Don is survived by his sister Irene Koffler and sister-in-law Betty Kegley; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Jim Olson; son Kraig Kegley (Tracey); grandchildren Lisa Olson, Tyler Olson (Jamie), Heather O’Dell (Tim), Adrienne Olson, Kyle Kegley (Ashley), Kole Kegley (Evanne), and Lani Kegley; and great grandchildren Blake, Brooke and Anna (Lisa), Jackson, Jacob, James and Jayden (Tyler), Jack, Avery and Sofia (Heather), Kaius and Stella (Adrienne), Emerson and Eliot (Kyle), and Wyatt (Kole). Don will be greatly missed by his family.
