Donna Edwards Hazelwood, age 59, of Henderson, KY passed away at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Evansville, IN. Donna worked for over 20 years at Gibbs Die Casting. She loved spending time with her family, friends and most of all her grandchildren.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents Hobert and Helen Edwards, 3 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her daughter Heather Dausman Abell and her husband Jeremy of Bowling Green, KY, son Eric Hazelwood and his wife Marie of Clayton, NC, her companion Vinnie Pavcovich of Elizabethtown, KY, 2 sisters; Rita Smith of Nashville, TN, Darlene Franklin of Providence, KY, 6 grandchildren: Grant Dausman, Mason Abell, Braeden Hazelwood, Serenity Hazelwood, Alexis Hazelwood, and Siera Hazelwood. Relatives and friends are invited to Donna’s Life Celebration from 10:00 a.m. until the service time on Monday, January 21, 2019 at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home in Henderson, KY.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home with Gary Puryear officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson, KY. Arrangements entrusted to Benton-Glunt Funeral Home, A Life Celebration® Home, online condolences may be made at www.
