Donna’s Obituary Donna Elaine Clark, 72, of Round Hill, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Hidden Springs Senior Living, Bentonville, Virginia. Ms. Clark was born November 17, 1946 in Bloomington, Indiana, daughter of the late Dale Phares and Frances Agens Phares. She worked to promote education and leadership with Future Business Leaders of America and National Associations of Secondary School Principals.

Surviving are her daughters, Jennifer Elaine Grimes and her husband, C.J., of Round Hill, VA and Barbara Elaine Downes and her husband, David, of Purcellville, VA; sisters, DeeAnna Phares of England and Kathy Grandy of Idaho; grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Joshua, Dominic and Hailey; and great-grandson, Calvin. A graveside service will be held 11:00 A. M. Saturday, May 18, 2019 in Cool Spring Natural Cemetery, Berryville, VA with Mr. R. K. Shirley III officiating.
