Donna Polhamus CONTINENTAL – Donna Polhamus, 59, of Continental died at 10:45 p.m. Thursday, May 31, 2018 at Mercy Health St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima. She was born September 30, 1958 in Allentown, PA to the late Henry and Vera (Soldner) Grimm. On August 16, 1980 she married Kevin Lee Polhamus and he survives in Continental.

She is also survived by a daughter, Keri Polhamus of Continental; a brother, Pastor John (Martha) Grimm of Greenwich; a sister, Phyllis (Tim) Solack of Dublin; two brothers-in-law, Bruce McKibben and Jeff (Lisa) Polhamus; a sister-in-law, Kelly (Jim) Brown; her mother-in-law, Jean Polhamus; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Nancy McKibben and her father-in-law, Richard Polhamus. Donna was a retired nurses aide having worked at Putnam Heritage in Ottawa and at Northcrest in Napoleon for 33 years.

She attended Bluffton College and was a member of Pleasant Bend United Methodist Church. Funeral Services will be 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Pleasant Bend United Methodist Church with Pastor Jim Brown and Pastor Laura Clark officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the church.
