Obituary for Donna Kay Triplett Donna Kay Triplett of Haysi, Virginia, age 62, passed away peacefully on June 11, 2018 at Holston Valley Hospital. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Vroncie Stanley; four sisters, Mary Ruth Moore, Linda Ennis, Janice Rose, and Marsha Meade; stepson, Wayne Hall; and grandson, Jason Hall.

Survivors Include: Companion of 35 years: Ray Hall of Haysi, Virginia Two sons: Allen Triplett of Haysi, Virginia and Bryan Triplett of Clintwood, Virginia Step daughter: Tereasa Conaway of Fairfax, Virginia Daughter in Law: Candy Hall of Haysi, Virginia Her very special grandchildren: Jenna Triplett, Logan Triplett, Nathan Hall, Jessica, and Maryann Two great grandsons Four sisters: Diana (Tom) Plaine, Liz (Larry) Rose, Pam (James) Greear all of Clintwood, Virginia and Amy Deloach of Wise, Virginia Several special nieces and nephews A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at The Ramey Flats Church, Ramey Flats Section, Clintwood, Virginia. Danny Stanley will officiate. Interment will be at the Artrip-Ramey-Stanley Family Cemetery, Smith Ridge Section, Clintwood, Virginia at a later date.

The family would like to thank all who have went above and beyond to help us take care of Donna: Dr. Ibrahim, Karen, and staff; Dr. Senter and the staff at Dickenson Community Hospital; Home Nursing of Clintwood; Lincare of Vansant, “Kevin”; West End Pharmacy of Clintwood; and Jones and Counts Pharmacy of Haysi. And a heartfelt thank you to all the physicians and staff of Holston Valley Hospital, especially her wonderful RN, Rachel, of the ICU unit who helped us with her passing.
