Obituary for Sandra Kay Fletcher Sandra Kay Fletcher, age 67, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Heritage Hall, Clintwood, Virginia. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and of the Christian faith. She was a former employee of Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Clintwood, Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Catherine Fletcher. Survivors Include: One Daughter: Debbie Wampler of Gray, Tennessee One Son: David Booth and wife, Kristie of Wise, Virginia Two Brothers: Jerry Fletcher of Haysi, Virginia and Rick Fletcher of Clintwood, Virginia One Sister: Ruth Ann Potter of Breaks, Virginia Four Grandchildren: Jordan Wampler, Landon Wampler, Hannah Booth, and Addison Booth Special Friend: Edward Elkins Several nieces and nephews A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, September 14, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel. Mike Yates will officiate.
