Obituary for Rebecca Lee Riggs Rebecca Lee Riggs passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 at her residence. She was a lifelong resident of Wise County. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Barrowman and her husband, Roy Riggs.

Survivors Include: Her Mother: Joanne Barrowman, Cape Carteret, N.C. One Son: Roy Riggs of Wise, Virginia One Daughter: Shauna Willis and husband, Seth of Coeburn, Virginia One Step Daughter: Heather Paup of Washington State One Sister: Bobbie Winstead of Bean Station, Tennessee Three Brothers: Eddie Barrowman of Coeburn, Virginia, Kevin Barrowman of Florida, and Charlie Barrowman of Cape Carteret, N.C. Three Grandsons: Dawson Paup, Hayden Riggs, and Ryan Willis A Special Niece: Vicky Hamilton A memorial service will be held Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mullins Funeral Home Chapel, with David Hall officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mullins Funeral Home for cremation expenses. Mullins Funeral Home and Staff are serving the Riggs Family.
