Obituary for Carl Bruce Robinson Carl Bruce Robinson, age 72, born January 8, 1946, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018. He was an avid songwriter and attended Hamilton Chapel Church. He sung with several choirs and loved bass.

He had a diploma in veterinary assistance. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernie and Lina Robinson and two brothers, Jimmy Robinson and Doug Robinson. Also preceding him in death were his first wife, Lucille Hale Robinson and his second wife, Dorothy Dorton Robinson.

He is survived by: One Son: Chad Robinson and wife, Laura of Wise Four Step Children: Glenna Dorton Stanley, Tammy Sturgill, Johnny Dorton, and Karen Dorton. Four brothers: Hoyle Robinson and Rena, Freddie Robinson and Helen, Roger Robinson and Evon, Estel Mullins and Mabel, all of Clintwood, Virginia Three Grandchildren: Ian Robinson, Garrett Stanley, and Amanda Mitchell A host of grandchildren and great grandchildren A host of nieces and nephews The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with song service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff Mitchell and Greg Cyphers officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Coeburn, Virginia.

Pallbearers will be Garrett Stanley, Brandon Robinson, Jarvie Robinson, Tony Robinson, Greg Robinson, and Scottie Robinson. Mullins Funeral Home and Staff are serving the Robinson Family. Online condolences may be made at www.
