Obituary for Delilah Frances Turner Delilah Frances Turner, age 67 passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018. She was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and of the Christian faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noah and Vica Owens; her son, Jackie Turner; her grandson, Dustin Turner; three sisters, Jean Rogers, Linda Owens, and June Haynes; and one brother, Roger Hunt.

Survivors Include: Husband: Canary Turner of Clintwood, Virginia Children: Marty Turner, Ephram Turner, and Vonda Bell Two Sisters: Sylvia Justice of Hurley, Virginia and Judy Rice of McClure, Virginia One Brother: Rudy Owens of Elkhorn, Kentucky Six Grandchildren: Bennie Turner, Nicky Turner, Joshua Collins, Ryan Turner, Brianna Turner, and Courtney Bell Great Grandchildren: Jamie Turner, Connor Turner, and J. T. Turner Several nieces and nephews The family will receive friends Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with services to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with William McClanahan and Jim Belcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Turner Vance Cemetery, Reedy Ridge Section, Clintwood, Virgina. Pallbearers will be Joshua Collins, Ryan Turner, Bennie Turner, Gurty Turner, John Turner, and Junior Mickles.
