Obituary for Elmer Lewis Ramsey Elmer Lewis Ramsey, age 71, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of Dickenson County and a member of Clinchco Pentecostal Church where he served as deacon for twenty years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Doug and Ellen Ramsey; two brothers, Raymond Ramsey and Sam Ramsey; and one sister, Edith Fern Ramsey.

He is survived by: His Wife: Virginia Marie Ramsey of Clinchco, Virginia One Son: Chris Ramsey and wife, Shelby of Clinchco, Virginia Four Brothers: Herman Ramsey of Michigan, Lee Ramsey of New Jersey, Henry Ramsey of Clinchco, Virginia, and Bobby Ramsey of Tennessee Several nieces and nephews A private graveside service will be conducted at a later date at The Ramsey Family Cemetery with Darrell Milgrim officiating.
