Donna L. Smith, 73, of Sullivan, Indiana passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on June 4, 1945 in Sullivan, Indiana the daughter of Ernie and Juanita (Turpen) Snyder. Donna married William E. Smith on August 22, 1964.

She was a retired nurse. Donna enjoyed listening to church services and loved Christ. Donna is preceded in death by her father and brother, Scott Snyder.

Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years William E. Smith, mother, Juanita Snyder of Terre Haute, Indiana, sister, Connie (Tom) Reed of Terre Haute, Indiana, children, Billie (Brian) Schulze of Terre Haute, Indiana, Tyler Smith of Terre Haute, Indiana, Monica (K.W.) Lowther of Sullivan, Indiana and Katrina (Jason) Eirhart of Altamont, Illinois, six grandchildren; Tucker Hancock, Hannah Hancock, Aedria Swan, Hunter Swan, Kaden Eirhart and Kienon Eirhart and two great-grandchildren, Bryan Tolbert and Bobby Goodman IV. A private memorial service will be 12:00 PM Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Merom Cemetery for family and close friends. A memorial dinner will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Merom Community Center.
