Obituary for Dorcas Luster Ivy Dorcas (Luster) Ivy, age 88 of Morristown, Tn passed away Friday, September 21,2018. Dorcas was born on February 12, 1930 to Fred and Bernice Luster of Cocke County. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt.

Dorcas was a faithful member of New Home Freewill Baptist Church and she was retired from Lear Seating where she was affectionately known as Granny. Dorcas was an avid gardener and she had the knack for growing flowers. She loved her family and was most notorious for her 6 a.m. birthday calls.

Dorcas also enjoyed spending time with her dog, Floss. Dorcas was known for her generous and giving spirit and she will be dearly missed. Dorcas is preceded in death by her parents, sister Wilma Jones, brothers J.F, Byron and Robert Luster and great-grandson Brad Mason.

She is survived by her Sons, Joe(Gail) Ivy , Roger Ivy and Sister, Connie Ivy, Grand-children, Tracy(Teri) Ivy, Shawn Ivy, Shaunda Conley, Michelle(Artie) Willis and Kristin(Luke) Holland. Great-Grandchildren Tyler Ivy; Lauren Roberts, Ashlyn Ramey, Hunter Ivy; Joshua Ivy, Isaiah Mason, Rope and Riggin Conley; Dylan, Jarred, Haeden and Raegan Willis; great-great grandchildren Oakleigh Willis, Ayden and Kinley Roberts, Jackson Willis and Ivy and Colton Ramey; several nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm on Sunday September 23,2018 at Farrar Funeral Home in White Pine.

Funeral to be held at 1pm Monday September 24,2018 at New Home Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Brian Osborne officiating, burial following in the church cemetery.
