Dorothy Ann Stull January 17, 1935 – February 08, 2019 Share this obituary Upload Photo| View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Dorothy Ann Barber Stull, age 84, of Warsaw, Missouri, passed away Friday, February 8, 2019, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born in Clayton, Oklahoma on January 17, 1935, the daughter of Clyde Barber and Gladys Robertson Barber. Dorothy spent her childhood growing up between Nederland, Texas, and Warsaw, Missouri.

She graduated high school May 23, 1953 in Nederland Texas but always felt a part of the WHS Class of 1953. She was married in Nederland, Texas, on May 24, 1953, to Willie Lee Stull. To this union 3 daughters were born, Rachel Denise, Donna Louise and Dianna Lynn.

Dorothy took Christ as her personal Savior 6-26-60, and was baptized into the Warsaw Christian Church. She dearly loved the choir, and was an active member. It was very important to her to sing for Christ.

The first 15 years of her marriage raising a family and making a home were the most important part of her life. In 1969 she went to work at Unitog Company in Warsaw. Dorothy was a supervisor for 25 years, the ladies that worked for her were “her girls”.

She retired from there in January 1996. Not satisfied to stay at home, she began working as an aide in the Warsaw school system. Then in 2001 she went to school to become a Manicurist, after state boards she worked at the Warsaw Beauty Salon.

She found this work very rewarding, and made a whole new set of friends. She retired from the Warsaw Beauty Salon in December 2006. The last several years she took lots of trips with Donna and enjoyed doing so many things.

She crocheted a lot and taking care of her yard. She was preceded in death by both parents, her husband, Willie on January 28, 1994, and daughter, Rachel Denise, on June 10, 2005. She is survived by 2 daughters Donna Louise and Dianna Lynn.

She will be missed by family and many friends. In lieu of flowers and food contributions please make donations to WHS Alumni Association or the Warsaw Christian Church or the charity of your choice. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Reser Funeral Home and cremation services of Warsaw.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
