Obituary for Dorothy Ann Puder (Strecker) Dorothy Puder, age 81, died on Sunday, December 9, 2018. Dorothy was born on August 11, 1937 in Bellevue, Ohio to Delbert Strecker and Blanche (Hayward) Strecker. Dorothy was a registered nurse working in the recovery room at Irving Community Hospital which is now known as Baylor Scott & White Irving.

She was a long-time member of Plymouth Park United Methodist Church, and later in life moved her membership to First United Methodist of Grapevine. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents; brothers Delbert and Harold Strecker; and grandson Zach Ross. Left to cherish her memory are her husband Raymond Todd Puder; daughters Gail Ross and husband Brian of Scroggins, TX, Sharon Conner and husband Judd of Hideaway, TX; son Raymond Michael Puder of Savannah, GA; brother Richard Strecker of Bellevue, OH; grandchildren Andy Ross, Jake Conner and wife Dani, Kylie Conner, Stephanie Carroll and husband Jonathan, Nick Puder and wife Laura as well as many other extended family and loving friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Plymouth Park United Methodist Church, 1615 W. Airport Frwy, Irving, TX 75062. An interment will be held at a later date at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Association.
