OBITUARY Dorothy C Salminen September 30, 1923 – November 9, 2018 Dorothy Clemmons Salminen, 95, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away Friday, November 9 2018. She was born September 30, 1923. She lived in San Francisco for forty years before retiring to Clarksville, Arkansas.

After a few years she moved to Texas to be closer to her sister Marion. Her final two years were spent with her sister Carole in Kansas City, Missouri. Dorothy was a longtime member of the Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charles A. Clemmons and Ann Haseltine Simmons; her brothers Charles and Frank Clemmons; and her son Eino Salminen Jr She is survived by her sisters Marion Blythe, of Florida, and Carole Zahnd of Kansas City, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at the Clarksville Cemetery at a later date.
