Dorothy Bentz, 89, of Torrington, CT, passed away Saturday, November 17th, at Valerie Manor. She was the wife of the late Robert Betnz Sr. Dorothy was born in Pawtucket, RI on February 22, 1929, a daughter of the late Florence (Burr) and Earl Edwards. She was a retired Hairdresser.

She is survived by sons Wayne and wife Frances LaPlaca Bentz of Torrington, Alan Bentz and girlfriend Rose of Harwinton, David Bentz and wife Suzanne of New York, and Robert Bentz Jr and girlfriend Pam of Winsted 7 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held at Saint Peter Church Friday Nov. 30 at 11:30 AM.

Burial will be in the Spring in Northbridge MA. www.
