OBITUARY Dorothy Jo Clements September 13, 1929 – July 14, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Mrs. Dorothy “Jo” Burns Clements, age 88 of Attalla went to be with her Lord on July 14, 2018. The family will receive friends for visitation at Morgan Funeral Chapel on Tuesday July 17, 2018 from 11 A.M. to 12 Noon. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 12 p.m. Pastor David Dunn will officiate the service.

Private Interment following at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Morgan Funeral Chapel and Crematory directing. Our mother found much joy in this life.

She enjoyed her church, family, playing with her Grands, friends, painting beautiful landscapes, traveling and all things Christmas, music and dance. Now she is finding joy in the arms of her savior. We are honored and blessed to call her Mother and Granny.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyal Clements; parents, Samuel Henry and Jessie Bernise Burns; her brother, J.D. Burns; and brothers-in-law, Mr. & Mrs. Eldridge Clements and Gerald Kerr. She leaves behind; Daughters, Theresa (Dennis) Huff & Janice (Robert) Patterson. Granddaughters; Chastity (Blake) Yokum, Rachel (Brandon) Stanfield, April (LTC Arthur) Jimenez and Jennie (Joseph) Weaver.

Along with two great-granddaughters and seven great-grandsons. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to a church of your choice or The Dementia Foundation.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the wonderful care givers at New Friends, Peace in the Valley and Comfort Care Hospice.
