Dorothy R. Robertson, 73, of Austintown, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Youngstown. Dorothy was born October 29, 1944 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Cecil H. and Winifred J. (Sigel) Robinette. Prior to retirement in 2007, Dorothy was a Program Director for the Lake to River Girl Scout Council.

She was a member of Ohltown United Methodist Church in Austintown. Dorothy loved spending time with her family especially her grandsons, Charlie and Brad. She leaves to cherish her memory her son; Bob (Laura) Robertson-Boyd of Columbus, her sisters; Marcy (Johnny) Sabol of Austintown and Joy (Chuck) Heidinger of Youngstown, her brother; Harry (Tammie) Robinette of Stow, and her beloved grandsons; Charlie and Brad of Columbus, and her nieces; Barb Hood, Beckie (Albert) Johannes, Brenda Heidinger, and nephew; Nicholas (Mindy) Heidinger.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Robertson, whom she married July 2, 1966 and died December 31, 2006. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Ohltown United Methodist Church.
