Douglas John Teadt age 67 of Burr Oak, Michigan passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at his home. He was born April 30, 1951 in Colon, Michigan son of the late Clifford L. and Helen Irene (Maystead) Teadt. Doug was a lifelong Burr Oak resident and a graduate of Burr Oak High School with the class of 1969.

He is survived by his niece: Lisa (Paul) Bobby of Palatine, Illinois; great nephews and niece: Luke Bobby, Brooklynn Bobby and Elijah Bobby all at home and brother-in-law: Richard Spence of Sturgis.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister: Karen Spence. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside memorial service and burial of the ashes will take place at the Burr Oak Cemetery in Burr Oak at a later date to be announced.
