Obituary for Dwight C. Robinson Rome/Utica- Dwight C. Robinson, 78, passed away September 8, 2018 at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare after a brief illness. Dwight was born January 25, 1940 to the late Dwight and Ruth (Coe) Robinson in Bath, NY. He attended local schools in Bath.

On May 17, 1979, Dwight married Christine G. Bohrer in Utica. Dwight retired from HMI Metal Powders in Clayville. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved being home and spending time with his family.

Dwight was a ham radio operator, a proud Irishman and a jack of all trades. Besides his loving wife, Christine, he is survived by his sons, Christopher (Kayla) Robinson and William (Kristen) Robinson, all of Rome; grandchildren, Christopher, Lucas and Paisley; sister, Carol Heckman; a brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law, as well as, many nieces and nephews. Dwight was predeceased by his sister, Patricia Livingston.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Monday, September 17, 2018 from 5-7 pm at McGrath, Myslinski, Karboski & Nunn Funeral Directors, 470 French Rd. , Utica. Funeral services will be Tuesday September, 18, 2018 at 10 am at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Floyd Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Dwight’s name may be made to the Kelberman Center.
