Obituary for Earline Goode Clinton Funeral services for Earline Goode Clinton, age 84 of Lindale, are scheduled for 2:00 PM Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home Chapel in Lindale, with Rev. Byron Howard and Rev. Ryan Surratt officiating.

A private interment will follow at Damascus Cemetery under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale. Earline passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2018 in Tyler, Texas. She was born January 26, 1934 in New Mexico to the late Earl and Oline Boyett Goode.

She was raised in Van, Texas, and in 1952 she moved to Lindale, Texas, when she married Finis Clinton. She was a homemaker, seamstress and a member of the Damascus Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents Earl and Oline Boyett Goode; daughter Shelia Pluff, son Devearl Clinton, grandson Brandon Clinton, brothers Cleovis and Charles Gaston Goode, sister Murdell Jones, Son-In-Law David Hopkins and her father and mother-in-law F.C. Clinton, Sr. and Euna Wells Clinton.

Survivors include husband of 66 years, Finis Clinton, Jr., of Lindale, daughters Tanja Nunn and husband Allen of Van, Pam Hopkins of Lindale, daughter-in-law Rhonda Ray Clinton of Lindale . Two grandchildren: Amanda DeMoss and husband Daniel of Bullard, and Stoney Wilson of Florida; great grandson Jaidan Ray Clinton of Bullard, great granddaughter Gianna Clinton of Louisiana; brother Ronnie Goode and wife Darlene of Van; numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by the most recent member of the family, her loving dog Lucki.

The family will receive friends Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home in Lindale.
