Obituary for Earnest William “Bill” Hightower Earnest William “Bill” Hightower, age 82, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 28, 2018. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas on Sunday, June 6, 1936. Bill’s lifelong career as a Registered Nurse in the healthcare profession was served with love and compassion and was held as one of his proudest life accomplishments, which he missed terribly after his retirement.

He enjoyed watching planes take off and land at the airport, salt water fishing and was a big Aggie and Texas Ranger fan. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Brendan Hightower and Janice “Jan” Hightower. Left to cherish his memory are wife Emaline “Lynn” Hightower; sons Rusty, Timothy, Michael, Brian, Darren and Bobby Hightower along with numerous grandchildren and beloved dog Holly.
