Obituary for Robert W. “RW” Fernandez Robert W. Fernandez, also lovingly known as RW, entered Heavens Gates at the young age of 43 on Friday, November 2, 2018. He was born an only child to Robert and Donna (Eads) Fernandez on Sunday, June 23, 1975 in Dallas, Texas. RW was raised in Irving and graduated from Irving High School class of 1993.

After graduation he worked as a Union Carpenter until he continued the family tradition and joined the United States Marine Corp in 1996 and was deployed to Okinawa. RW proudly served in the United States Marine Corp until his honorable discharge in 2000. Throughout his life RW was always a Christian first and a Marine second.

He will lovingly be remembered for his big heart, and willingness to give someone the shirt off of his back, but in the same sense being the first person to put someone in their place if they where being rude, unkind or just plain mean. He is reunited in Heaven with his grandfather Jim Eads. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Kim (Roberts) Fernandes; parents Donna and Robert; 2 sons James and Jonah Fernandez; grandmother Mary Massie; Uncle Scott Eads along with numerous extended family and loving friends.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of RW will be held 2:00pm, Sunday, December 2, 2018 at the Western Heritage Cowboy Church, 525 N. Sowers RD. in Irving. To send flowers to the family of Robert W. “RW” Fernandez, please visit our Heartfelt Sympathies Store.
