Obituary for Tommie Joe Lewis Tommie Joe Lewis, age 78 died on Monday, November 19, 2018. Tommie was born on June 23, 1940 in Little, Oklahoma to Theodore Ray Lewis and Gertrude (Foggatry) Lewis. Tommie was a loving father with a heart for helping others.

He was a big sponsor of those in Alcoholics Anonymous, with a goal to help defeat the demons of Alcoholism and drugs. Tommie enjoyed spending time at casinos and looking at antique cars. He had his own 54’ Pontiac GTO which he was super proud of.

Tommie is preceded in death by his parents and four brothers. Left to cherish Tommie’s memory are son Ronald Lewis; sister in law Maxine Lewis; good friend Pearley Cowan; as well as many other extended family and loving friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 North MacArthur Blvd.
