Obituary for Edith J. Kreider Edith J. Kreider, 81, of Sycamore Drive, Elizabethtown died Sunday, April 8, 2018 in the Masonic Village, Elizabethtown. She was the wife of Robert J. Kreider to whom she was married 63 years and traveled with him while he served in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years. Born in W. Donegal Twp.

, Lancaster County on February 3, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Edna Mae Halbach Enck. She was a homemaker. Edith was a 1954 graduate of Elizabethtown High School, volunteered as a first responder for the Forest Lake Fire Company, served as a Cub Scout Leader and proofreader for the Portsmouth Herald, a New Hampshire Newspaper, and enjoyed cooking.

Surviving in addition to her husband are three sons Gary J. husband of Ricka Kreider of O’Fallon, IL, Scott A. husband of Lynn Roby Kreider of Walla Walla,WA, Keith R. husband of Ruth Ann Kreider of Rosenberg, TX, two grandchildren Matthew J. husband of Katie Kreider, Sarah A. Kreider, two great grandchildren Kaleb and Luka Kreider, and a sister Virginia Maxim of Columbia, SC. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:30 AM at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville with a viewing beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
