Obituary for Julie A. Fake Julie A. Fake, 52, of Palmyra died suddenly Wednesday, May 23, 2018 of natural causes in the M. S. Hershey Medical Center. Born in Hershey on December 28, 1965, she was the daughter of David O. and Mary Ann Starner Fake of Bethel. She worked as an accountant for Capital Blue Cross, Harrisburg.

Julie was a graduate of Tulpehocken High School and Thompson Institute. Surviving in addition to her parents is a sister Jennifer L. Fake of Tampa, Florida. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
