Edith P. Lopez, 86, of Matawan, passed away, Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at Millennium Memory Care, Matawan. She was born in Cuba, living most of her life in Matawan. Edith was predeceased by her husband Andrew and her son Joseph Lopez.

She is survived by her loving children; Tony Gonzalez and his wife Nancy of Montgue; Robert Lopez and his wife Sharon of Cranford; sisters, Elva Simeone of Houston, Estella Dosal of Tampa; seven cherished grandchildren and six precious great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends, A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Josephs RC Church, Keyport. Date and time to be announced, Mausoleum entombment will follow at St. Josephs Mausoleum, Keyport.
