Edna Faye Dean Bridgeport, MI Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Saturday, November 03, 2018 at Covenant Harrison at the age of 77 years. Edna was born on June 12, 1941 in Alabama, the daughter of the late Jane Grant. On July 18, 1974 she married LeMoyne “Lee” Dean in Saginaw.

He predeceased her on August 23, 1998. Edna loved to cook, crafting, BINGO, and most especially cherished time spent with her family. Surviving are two sons and one daughter: Gary (Diana Foster) Mitchell of Columbia, SC; Michael (Rebecca) Dean, Heather (Chris Shimel) Miles-Dean both of Saginaw; her sister Judy (Al) Cramer, five grandchildren: Brittany Dean, Emily Dean, Erinn Dean, Brandon Dean, Aubrey Miles, a very special great-granddaughter, JemmaRose Dean and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by two brothers: George and David Grant. Funeral services will take place at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. with burial to follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.

Friends may visit with the family at the funeral chapel on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the wishes of the family c/o Heather Miles. www.
