Obituary for Edna May Nickels Edna May Nickels, age 91, passed away at her home on Saturday, December 22, 2018. She was born on December 25, 1926 to the late Roscoe and Minnie Bailey. She was a lifelong member of the Cross Road United Baptist Church.

Edna’s relationship with God and her family were both very important to her. She is survived by daughters, Lisa (Dirk) Neff of Johnstown, Ohio; Malissa Howell of Ashville, Ohio; Pat Harmon of Louisa, Kentucky; Blanch (Tim) Robinson of Lovely, Kentucky; sons, William “Bill” (Sue) Evans of Beaver, Ohio; John (Marsha) Evans of Johnstown, Ohio; grandchildren, Justin (Kassie) Neff, Samantha Evans, Jeremy Neff, Bailey Neff, Randy Griffith, Tammy (Jason) McCartney, Michael (Lynette) Pruitt, Brittney (Dustin) Williams, Mitchell Brewer, April Brewer, Cassie Robinson, Sage Brewer, Bryon (Kay) Marcum, Jane Radabaugh, Makalyn Evans, Donald Dingess, Madalyn Evans, Robin Puckett, Brandon Stepp, Ray Jr. Evans, Amos Ray Evans, Billy Ray Evans, Corey Arrowood, Marlena Evans; great great grandchildren; siblings, Blanche Phelps of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, Chester (Ginger) Bailey of Middletown, Indiana, Geraldine Scharrer of New Albany, Indiana. She is preceded in death by, son, Willard Ray Evans; daughter, Bonnie Stepp; grandchildren, Bill Pearson, Michelle Spencer, Sidney Spencer, Melissa Spencer, Destiny Brewer; brothers, Herbert Bailey, William Bailey, Jim Bailey.

Friends may call at the O.R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL 1346 S. High St. on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the Cross Road United Baptist Church 3228 Lockbourne Road at 11 AM.
