Edward’s Obituary Edward E. Brown of Crittenden, KY was born Sunday, April 13, 1941 in Georgetown, KY and died Friday, January 11, 2019 at his residence at the age of 77. He was the son of the late Raymond Kenneth and Anna Bertha Payne Brown. He was a retired truck driver for Roadway Express and former truck driver for Dixie Ohio Trucking as well as a life long farmer.

He was a member of the Roanoke Christian Church, a 32 Degree Mason, and member of the Falmouth Orion Lodge #222. On January 1, 1965 he was united in marriage to his wife, Sue Frances “Phoebe” Hubbard Brown. In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in death by his 2 brothers, James Ellis Brown and Joseph Ray Brown.

Surviving is his wife of 54 years, of Sue Frances “Phoebe” Brown; 2 sons, Trent (Krista) Brown of Union, KY and Derrick Brown of Crittenden; 6 grandchildren, Mikayla, Samuel, and Mackenzie of Union and Madisyn, Brooke, and Kylie of Crittenden; and 1 sister, Janice Sponcil of Crittenden. Funeral services will be at 1:00pm Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home, Williamstown followed by burial in the Hill Crest Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00pm Tuesday, January 15, 2019 with Masonic Services at 7:30pm at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to, Sherman Baptist Church Building Fund, 3525 Dixie Hwy, Dry Ridge, Ky 41035 or to the St. Judes Childrens Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
