Obituary for Edwin “Boo” VanCleave Edwin “Boo” VanCleave of Campbellsville, son of the late William VanCleave and Zillah Antle VanCleave, was born October 22, 1945, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He died at 8:40 P.M., Thursday, June 7, 2018 in Campbellsville. Age: 72 He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Salem Baptist Church.

He was a veteran of the United States Army, having his country honorable in Germany during the Vietnam War. Edwin was a retired employee of the Campbellsville Water Company, having worked at the Water Treatment Plant. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and loved to pick on people he liked.

He united in marriage to Paula Newcomb August 31, 1974. Besides his wife, Paula VanCleave of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Robby VanCleave and wife, Becky of Campbellsville and Nikki Espey and husband, Curtis of Bowling Green; two grandchildren: Skyeler Espey of Bowling Green and Lee VanCleave of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Cary Pickett August 22, 1997.
