Obituary of Eileen Baer Eileen M. Baer Higgins, 54, of Bloomingburg, NY, entered into rest on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at home. Eileen was born October 9, 1963 in New York, NY, the daughter of the late John P. Higgins and Rose M. (Maher) Higgins. Eileen was a very caring and giving person.

She enjoyed hosting large holiday dinners and having the family together, family was most important to her. Eileen was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend and will be sorely missed. Eileen worked for the NYS Courts for over 20 years and most recently was a Court Clerk for the NYS Supreme Court in Goshen.

Eileen is survived by her loving husband, Gerry S. Baer at home; devoted daughters, Colleen and Maggie Baer both at home; her mother, Rose M. Higgins of Stockholm, NJ; brothers, Gerard T. Higgins of Stockholm, NJ and John G. Higgins and wife Kerri of Monroe; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, July 14 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Donovan Funeral Home, Inc, 82 South Church Street, Goshen, NY, with the Funeral Service at 12:00 pm.
