Elizabeth’s Obituary Elizabeth “Betty” Thompson Ferguson Daley, 98, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 28, 2018 in the comfort of her daughter Sandy’s home in Georgia. She was born on April 3, 1920, in Rhode Island, the daughter of Thomas and Mary Ann (Thompson) Ferguson. Betty met and married Neil Daley on October 25, 1947, in Lincoln, Rhode Island and became a stay at home Mom caring for their six children.

They were married 63 years before Neil’s passing in 2010. She is survived by her children, Mark Daley, of AR, Sandra Nawyn, of Georgia, Sharon Coombs, of North Carolina, Kerrie Royce, of Mystic, Kim Rust, of Colorado, and Maryann Martin, of Waterford; twenty one grandchildren; twenty seven great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the Groton Bible Chapel, 66 Toll Gate Road, Groton.

Burial is private for family. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers donations in Betty’s memory may be made to Family Life/Cru, 5800 Ranch Drive, Little Rock, AR, 72223,(www.
