Elizabeth Payne Tinsley, 94, of Scottsville, KY passed away Monday, March 4, 2019 at Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care. The Scottsville, KY native was a homemaker and a daughter of the late George Franklin Burnley and Angieline Hawkins Thomas and wife of the late James Raymond Payne and Aubrey Tinsley. She is survived by 2 daughters: Evelyn Medley and Regenia Witcher, both of Scottsville, KY; 1 daughter-in-law: Lucille Payne, Scottsville, KY; 9 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 37 great great grandchildren; She was preceded in death by 1 son: W.D. Payne; 1 brother: Jessie Burnley and 2 great great grandchildren: Jessica Kinslow and Dillion Howard.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Reels officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday and after 7:00 A.M. Thursday until funeral time.
