OBITUARY Ellis R Olliges October 4, 1943 – December 31, 2018 Ellis R. Olliges, 75 of Mt. Washington, passed away December 31, 2018. He was the son of the late John Vitus Olliges and Angela T. Olliges Corley.

Ellis retired as a licensed optician from Springer & Lee Optical. In addition to being an avid Cardinal fan, he was a devoted member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Ellis was a member of Roundalab, Kentuckiana Square Dance Association, and the Double H Square Dance Club.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years: Helen Pendleton Olliges; his children: William (Sandra) Olliges and Sharon Olliges Frank; his four grandchildren: Rebecca Frank, Lauren Olliges, Daniel Frank, and Ryan Olliges. Funeral Mass will be 10 AM Friday, January 4, 2019 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church 155 Stringer Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Visitation will be 2-8 PM Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Arch L Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Rd Louisville, KY 40218.
