Obituary Saltville, VA Elsie Burgess McVey, age 78, went home to be with her Lord Friday, March 15, 2019, at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA. She was the youngest and last surviving member of the Joe and Rosa Burgess family. Elsie was a long time member of the Union Methodist Church in the Beaver Creek community, where she taught Sunday School and was pianist for several years.
