Obituary James McCall Ratcliffe Saltville, VA James McCall “Jakeye” Ratcliffe, age 85, passed away Monday February 11, 2019 at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Abingdon, VA. He had been a past member of The First Christian Church and Madam Russell United Methodist Church, and present member of Mahanaim United Methodist Church. James was also a U.S. Navy veteran serving during the Korean Conflict, and a proud “Shaker” of Saltville High School.
