Obituary Hie Fredrick Taylor Saltville, VA Hie Fredrick “Papa Bear” Taylor, age 84, went to be with the Lord Saturday January 19, 2019. He was a musician, U.S. Air Force Veteran, and a life long trucker. Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Freda Fields Taylor; son Eddie Taylor; sister, Jesse Steale; brother, Fount Taylor.
