Emma Belle Guy Tollison Johnson Belton Emma Guy Tollison Johnson, age 101, formerly of Calhoun Rd. , died Tuesday, May 29, 2018. Born on December 4, 1916 in Belton, South Carolina where she was a lifelong resident.

She is predeceased by her parents Allen Calhoun and Laura Acker Guy. Additionally, she is predeceased by her sisters Ivy Wood, Mamie Robinson and Zelpha Friend, her grandson Stephen Daniel and by husbands Horace O. Tollison and Coen Page Johnson. Emma attended Belton High School and graduated from Curry School (Greensboro, N.C.).

She grew up in the Belton Presbyterian Church and later became a member of First Baptist Church where she attended Fidelis Sunday School and WMU. She was also a long time member of Belton Music Club. She is survived by her children, Patsy Daniel and husband Robert of Belton; Nancy Ledbetter of Johns Island, S.C. Grandchildren are Allan Daniel and wife Amy, Guy Ledbetter and wife April, Stacey Ledbetter and husband Patrick.

Great-Grandchildren are Emma and Benjamin Daniel, Mason, A.J. and Abigail Ledbetter, Zoe and Sydney Albenberg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews of whom she was very fond. Emma was also very fond of her stepdaughters Linda Shirley and husband David of Anderson, S.C., and Jan Peek of Decatur, A.L.; 5 step-grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1pm Saturday at First Baptist Church Belton in the Gambrell Chapel with Rev. Dale Lynch officiating. The family will receive friends following the service Saturday at the church.
