Ernest A. Bowers, age 80, of Coraopolis, formerly of Moon Township, passed away peacefully Tuesday night, April 24, 2018, at his home surrounded by his wife and daughters. He was born in Sewickley, PA on February 2, 1938, one of three to the late Henry and Margaret (Holmes) Bowers. Beloved husband of Carol (Sleasman) Bowers; loving father of Kimberly (Kris) Blunkosky, Valerie Bowers and Kelly Bowers; proud grandfather of Anthony, Sydney, Evan and Jake; brother of Garnette (the late James) Marshall and Shirley (Dr. Jerry) Parker.

Ernie was retired from R.B. & W. Visitation Saturday 4-8 and Sunday from 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM at Copeland’s Moon Township, 981 Brodhead RD. In lieu of flowers, please plant a seed in Ernie’s honor.
